My Philosophy

Christina takes a holistic approach to therapy, as she believes many factors contribute to an individual’s overall well-being. She prioritizes fostering a safe, warm, and authentic environment to get to know you and work collaboratively together.

When not studying or working with clients, Christina enjoys hiking, reading, being outside, and watching tv shows with her partner.
