My Philosophy

Whether employing trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), drawing from psychodynamic principles, or utilizing system-based modalities, Janelle approaches each client's journey as a flexible, client-let, collaborative effort. Her doctoral thesis focuses on sexual wellness and communication dynamics in immigrant homes. Janelle works to empower her clients to be their happiest, healthiest, most genuine selves.
