Jayne Levenberg is a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety disorders and phobias, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem difficulties, body image concerns, and eating disorders.
Jayne completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Drexel University. With experience in traditional talk therapy and expressive arts therapy, Jayne tailors treatment to the needs of each client by utilizing either or both approaches.
Jayne believes in creating collaborative therapeutic relationships where clients explore the behaviors, thinking patterns, and relationships that are interfering with their ability to live their best life. Jayne’s therapeutic work often includes elements of psycho-education, exposure and response prevention therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. She aims to assist clients in recognizing and nurturing their personal strengths, in addition to identifying desired areas for growth and change. Jayne offers individual and support system therapy sessions for adult clients ages 18+.
