If you're carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with anxiety, navigating military life, or finding yourself stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and therapy can provide a safe space to begin that journey.

As a licensed social worker, trauma therapist, and veteran, I specialize in working with adults experiencing complex trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, LGBTQIA+ community. I believe every person has the capacity for healing and growth. My role is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you reconnect with your authentic self.

As a veteran, I understand many of the unique challenges that accompany military service and the transition to civilian life. I am passionate about supporting veterans and military families while advocating for expanded access to healing-centered care through disability and benefits representation.

Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating difficult life experiences, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my goal is to help you move beyond survival and toward a life grounded in resilience, connection, authenticity, and joy.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am committed to providing an affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My Approach

No two people experience trauma the same way, which is why I tailor treatment to your unique history, goals, and strengths. I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where healing can occur at your own pace.I am currently pursuing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and neuroscience-based approaches into therapy, LGBTQIA+, .
