DeMarcus Bates is passionate about helping clients release stress, tension, and pain through therapeutic bodywork and guided stretching. With a strong belief that stretching is just as essential as any other aspect of fitness, DeMarcus emphasizes the importance of keeping joints and muscles active, whether before or after workouts, to support long-term mobility, strength, and overall wellness.

 

DeMarcus brings a client-centered approach to every session, ensuring that individuals leave his table feeling relieved, refreshed, and more at ease in their bodies. He values ongoing communication, checking in with clients to monitor progress and provide continued support in their wellness journey.

 

Outside of his work, DeMarcus enjoys fitness, exploring new foods, outdoor activities, comedy shows, and connecting with others through networking and social events. Guided by his personal motto, “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken,” DeMarcus strives to create a comfortable, authentic, and healing environment for every client.

 

What Stretching Means to Me:

Stretching is a vital part of whole-body health—it’s not just a supplement to fitness, but a foundation for it. Keeping the joints and muscles active through consistent stretching supports balance, flexibility, and freedom of movement, helping clients live more fully and comfortably.
