Wellness

My Philosophy

Mason’s therapeutic style is deeply collaborative with a focus on supportiveness, authenticity, and affirmation. He believes that each client deserves a custom approach to care and incorporates a cognitive-behavioral basis with therapeutic techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and humanistic psychology. While therapy can be challenging, Mason enjoys finding ways to incorporate laughter and humor where appropriate to ease tension and help clients feel comfortable.
