My Philosophy

Taylor operates primarily from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective, but incorporates techniques from modalities such as feminist therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems, and play therapy. She is comfortable working with trauma, depression, anxiety, social functioning, ADHD, gender, sexuality, and relationship concerns. Taylor works with both individuals and partners at all stages of life. Her clinical skills and focus on clear communication, genuine connection, and an in-depth understanding of personal and social factors allows her to combine evidence-based practices with easy rapport and cultural values to tailor the therapeutic experience to each person or partnership. She is sex-positive, kink-positive, sex-work affirming, and has experience working with polyamory and ENM. In her free time, Taylor like to cook, read, and spend time with her friends, family, and cats.
