Infrared Sauna

Calming and Relaxing

We are pleased to be able to offer the latest wellness technology at our office with our brand new Modern Carbon FAR Infrared Sauna by Dynamic Infrared.

Tuned Radiant Heat uses a far infrared bandwidth of ‘sunlight’ energy to heat your body directly. This infrared frequency exactly matches the bio-frequency of the human body.  Infrared Therapy specifically heats your body and cabin air temperature is of secondary importance in how to use an infrared sauna.

The warm air temperature in an infrared sauna supports your sweating environment, but is not what causes you to sweat.

Infrared ‘soft’ heat is calming and relaxing, just like feeling your body soak up the warmth of the sun on a cool day, and as your body becomes more accustomed to raising your core temperature on a regular basis you will sweat twice as much as a traditional sauna.

Convection Heat vs. Radiant Heat.

Since we are heating the body with a tuned bandwidth of “sunlight” that matches our own human body bio-frequency, we are heating the body more deeply, heating more body mass and raising the core temperature of the body, rather than just burning the skin with hot air. This is a defining difference in how you use a sauna and the health benefits you receive.

Please remember to stay well hydrated on a daily basis and replace your electrolytes. Drinking plenty of fluids daily is absolutely necessary to achieve maximum health benefits and desired results.  Pretty easy guidelines, to follow.

What's Different About Infrared Sauna?

Experience the Power of Tuned Radiant Heat

Tuned Radiant Heat harnesses far infrared energy—often called the "sunlight" wavelength—to heat your body directly. This infrared frequency perfectly aligns with the natural bio-frequency of the human body, making Infrared Therapy a unique and effective way to boost your wellness. Unlike traditional saunas that focus on raising air temperature, infrared saunas specifically heat your body from within, creating a deeper, more intense experience.

Infrared vs. Traditional Heat: What’s the Difference?

In a traditional sauna, it’s the hot air that makes you sweat. But in an infrared sauna, the warm air simply supports the environment. It’s the infrared heat itself, a soothing and gentle warmth similar to basking in sunlight on a cool day, that stimulates your body to sweat. As your body becomes more accustomed to this heat over time, you’ll sweat even more than you would in a conventional sauna—without the harsh, burning heat.

Why Radiant Heat is Superior?

Because infrared heat matches the bio-frequency of the human body, it penetrates deeper, heating more body mass and raising your core temperature from within. This deeper heat delivers greater health benefits by engaging more of your body, not just the surface of your skin.

Maximize Your Results: Hydrate and Replenish

To achieve the full benefits of infrared therapy, it’s important to stay well-hydrated and maintain your electrolyte levels. Drinking plenty of fluids daily is essential for your health, especially when using an infrared sauna regularly.

Benefits of Using an Infrared Sauna

Weight Loss - Relax and unwind with regular infrared sauna use. Far infrared radiant heat can help you burn over 600 calories in just a 30-minute session! Sweat away pounds and inches naturally.

Whole-Body Detoxification - Far infrared sauna therapy is one of the safest and most effective ways to detoxify your body, eliminating harmful environmental toxins, chemical residues, and heavy metals. A full-body detox is essential for maintaining your family's long-term health.

Pain Relief - Experience lasting relief from conditions like nerve damage, arthritis, muscle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint pain, and fibromyalgia. Infrared heat penetrates deep into the source of pain, soothing and healing without the need for pills or lotions.

Fibromyalgia Support - Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) attacks muscles, tendons, and fibrous tissues, causing widespread pain. While the exact cause of FMS is still unknown, many experts believe that infrared sauna use offers promising relief for sufferers.

Stress Relief - Melt away the stress and tension of daily life. Infrared heat deeply penetrates your body, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It can even help improve sleep quality, making conditions like insomnia and sleep apnea a thing of the past.

Healing Power of Infrared - Accelerate the healing process for damaged tissues, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Infrared saunas increase circulation and vasodilation, delivering healing oxygen and nutrients to distressed areas while removing toxins and lactic acid.

Cardiovascular Benefits - Studies show that infrared saunas help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and boost metabolism. It’s like a passive cardio workout without lifting a finger!

Organic Skin Care - Renew your skin’s elasticity and collagen while reducing crow’s feet, wrinkles, age spots, scars, varicose veins, and stretch marks. Infrared therapy promotes a youthful glow from the inside out.

Immune System Boost - Strengthen your immune system by increasing white blood cell production and detoxifying through sweating. Infrared saunas stimulate the production of heat shock proteins, enhancing your body’s ability to fight infections, bacteria, and allergens.

Infrared Sauna & Cancer Therapy - For over 20 years, far infrared therapy has been used worldwide in cancer treatment. Infrared saunas boost white blood cell, killer T-cell, and interferon production, all of which are known to fight cancer cells.

15 Tips for Using an Infrared Sauna

  1. Wait After Eating: Allow 1-2 hours after a meal before starting your infrared sauna session for optimal comfort.

  2. Best Times: Morning or evening sessions are ideal, but you can enjoy the benefits of infrared heat anytime.

  3. Start Gradually: Begin with 20-30 minutes once you start sweating. Once adjusted, increase to 25-45 minutes. Two daily sessions are fine for specific health goals.

  4. Stay Hydrated: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Stay hydrated with water, fruit juice, or tea before, during, and after your sauna session.

  5. Sweating May Take Time: It's normal not to sweat much during your first few sessions as your body adjusts.

  6. Don’t Overheat: If you feel dizzy, queasy, or develop a headache, stop your session and cool down. Your body's sweat response will improve over time.

  7. Safe Heart Rate Increase: A heart rate boost of up to 30% is safe unless a medical condition limits your pulse.

  8. Temperature Limit: Keep your core body temperature below 102°F. Consult your doctor if you have circulatory or heart conditions, especially if on medication.

  9. Break Down Fat & Cellulite: As your core reaches 100.5°F, fat and cellulite deposits begin to break down into smaller clusters.

  10. Ventilation: If it gets too hot or stuffy, open the sauna vent or door briefly for fresh air.

  11. What to Wear: Lightweight clothing, swimwear, or even nothing is suitable for a sauna session.

  12. Use Towels: Place towels on the bench to absorb sweat. Infrared will still penetrate through towels and clothing.

  13. Stretch for Flexibility: Stretch during your session to increase flexibility, range of motion, and reduce stiffness. Massage tight areas for extra relief.

  14. Fight Cold & Flu: Use your sauna 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes to boost your immune system and alleviate cold symptoms.

  15. Cool Down Afterward: Let your body cool down while it continues to sweat, then take a shower for full rejuvenation.
