Our psychotherapy services for depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns are available to individuals, couples and families. Physiological testing is also available. Wellness is an active process toward mental, physical, and spiritual health. The goal of wellness is to feel fulfilled and content with your life. Wellness is a constant state of growth and self-care, and can help create balance. Individuals practicing wellness typically live longer, have increased mood, feel more confident, have better relationships, and are on the path to happiness! Everybody is a candidate for our wellness services!
